If you scroll down the configuration page “Ranga & Poziom” , you will find “Level up” with an option “Minimum required level”. You should check if this option is enabled and if the requirement level is correct.

I think your configuration is too restrictive.
Try increasing “Maksymalne opóźnienie” (Maximum delay), for example to 30 minutes, or disable “Wyklucz AFK” (Exclude AFK).
To reset the levels, simply go to the bottom of the page and click on “Zresetuj poziomy” (Reset levels).
AFK exclusion was always on and I had the delay set to 10 minutes, I changed it to 20. We’ll see what the result will be because, to be honest, a friend of mine sent me screenshots of the settings, he has the same thing as me and it works for him, i.e. the bot sends a notification about gaining a level, but not for me, and why?
