Configuring Bonus Tickets in Draw System for Tier 1;2;3 Subscribers

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with setting up the “Bonuses / Extra Chances” in the Draw System (Panel > Interactions). From my understanding, Tier 3 subscribers should receive around 27 tickets, as per the attached screenshot. However, in the Roller Simulator, it’s only showing 12 tickets. Could you please assist me in configuring this correctly?

The streamer’s account is special, as there is no real (subscribe) registration on WizeBot.

However, the problem has been corrected for the streamer’s account, so other viewers will have no problem at all
