Hey, the Song Request module is working fine on my channel only one of my followers is not able to request songs.
Currently, my mods are taking care of her by reposting the same command so but that is not a solution for a good long-term experience. Is there a known problem or a workaround for this problem?

The problem is simply that your viewer does not write the command correctly.
The correct syntax is: !sr https://youtube…
!sr + SPACE + LINK.
Interesting inside the twitch stream it’s !sr + SPACE + LINK.
My mods are copying the chat output [FORM HER] and reposting it and then it works
She is using chrome on a mac maybe that is what causes it.
It’s just picking straws but it could be.
It is possible that the MAC displays a different character for space, which the systems do not properly detect.
It must try with another browser to be sure that the problem does not come from chrome.
And if possible, she writes without copied pasted the command with the space.
Fixed it by putting 2 [Spaces] in between
