Song request only allows the streamer to add songs

Hey, guys!
I’m trying to use song request, but it only accept requests from me. When any other chatter writes !sr and artist + song it doesn’t work. However when I copy the text as a streamer and paste it works.

The “Block Hyperlinks” option is not active in my moderation settings too.
Seems that there shouldn’t be any limitations.
Why won’t it allow or add songs from anyone else but the streamer?
