Dear Customer Support,
I trusted Wizebot with a Premium account and subscription, and yet notifications are having a TOUGH time being accurate : firing in different timestamps, and SHOWING UP. It is a shame to have notifications disappearing randomly and having members of the community being confused with the lack of communication CAUSED by this.
Please get back to me ASAP and suggest a recovery or an update.
