I’m pretty new to wizebot and I decided to try the ranks and level extension, but on my twitch profile it says that the extension is disabled, even though I’ve added it, what am I doing wrong?

You must have activated one of the ranking systems on WizeBot.
Go to this page:
https://panel.wizebot.tv/interaction_rank_system
From there, you will have to wait for your next live until the changes are taken into account and the ranking is done.
