Follower message not popping up in chat

i dont know if im doing anything wrong or what but my past stream i didnt get any follower message from wizebot in chat. anyone help me with this i dont know what im doing wrong -_-

Please also check out “Advanced protection”. If you have set this to high, most followers will not get through as chat messages.
