I’ve disabled/enabled, made sure wizebot is mod, deactivated and reactivated wizebot. Silent mode is not activated. I went through support and followed instructions of similar instances and nothing. Pls help.

In standard mode, the bot goes into “sleep” mode when offline (after a period of inactivity). To make it come alive, you can send “join” in a private message to WizeBot. Connecting to the panel (F5 if you’re already there) will also bring the bot to you after a few minutes.
