I recently activated a Custom Name for Wizebot, since doing so my wizebot has ceased to respond to commands. Auto-tweets still work but thats all I confirm to still work. My custom name is a confirmed mod with a verified email address.

Yes I apparently had a phone setting still on, I allowed mods to not require authentication now and have tested manually typing in chat. Is there any way to test if this works now without going live?
