My wizebot has Stopped

I have 10 days of premium left and now all my notifications have stopped. no commands work. nothing is working. what do i need to do.

You use our custom name service and you have changed your username in the meantime, which invalidates your custom name.
You must reconnect the custom name account if you change nickname.
