It seems you’re having connectivity problems with the application, but also via the browser.
The image of the avatar and the status (of the service) not being displayed on the application shows this problem.
Have you tried opening SongRequest from a browser other than Edge?
Do you have a firewall/network protection that could prevent certain resources from loading?
