New follower missed

I got a new follow during my Sunday stream however the text notification didn’t trigger and the stream analytics don’t show them. I’m pretty sure my connection to twitch was active as all my announcements and other notifications went fine. Can you help me see if I have everything set up correctly for that new follower notification and if there was a connection issue?
