Maximum length of twitch message with variables?

Hello,
just wanna ask if someone have this tried. There are in “automatic giveaways” an announcement feature with a maximum of 300 chars.

What if i put #item_desc# (with ~30 chars) in it and reach the 300 chars limit in the announcement. In sum i got 330 chars when the message are “fired”.

Will the message then “cut” or “splittet”?

Hello,
We’ve set a 300-character limit so that tags (and additional indications) can be displayed without cutting them off because of Twitch’s limitation.

If you get to 330, you won’t be cut off, the limit is currently 400 :slight_smile:
