some of the sub months of my subscribers aren’t sync in the leaderboard Twitch extension. There is a subscriber subbed for 10 months, but displayed with 1 month for example.

This information is taken directly from Twitch and more precisely when the person shares his subscription.
If the person when sharing does not share the accumulated time, the information on WizeBot will be set to 1.
