General chat on Twitch

Hello, I hope I created the thread correctly. I’m livestreaming on Twitch with a friend, and we have general chat enabled. However, when I host a giveaway where you have to type a word to participate, his viewers who type in general chat aren’t added to the giveaway. They are added to some other chatbots, but not to wizebot. How can I fix this, or what can I enable so that both my viewers and his are added when they type a command? Thanks for your help.
