Automatic !clip not working with each use

The automatic !clip feature doesnt work every time I use it. It seems that when i use the command the first time in stream, it does capture the clip but if i were to use the command again, it won’t save anymore clips in the stream. it doesnt matter if its myself, my mods, or a viewer. We’ve all tried to !clip multiple times and none are saved after the first. i want to add i pay for premium so its especially dissapointing to not have this operating properly. am i doing something wrong? it is how i have the bot configured?

Hello,
The history of your last sessions is clear:

Every command !clip created a clip, with a response and clip link.

Can you give me more details?

Thanks so much for replying so quickly. They usually do display a link but the most recent clip, i clicked the link to see the clip and it said there was no clip to display. They also dont show on my clip producer on Twitch so maybe im looking in the wrong place for these clips? For example, this is a photo of my clips both unpublished and published. You can see in your log that multiple clips were taken on 1/6 but only one was stored on my side.

By luck, you can see a couple for May 30th but again only the first was stored :frowning:

You should be able to see them on this page.
But it looks like some clips have been deleted.

Did an editor/moderator clean up the clips?

On our end, the creation was done correctly. The fact that there is a URL with a specific ID (as shown in my screenshot) indicates that the creation was successful and confirmed by Twitch.

So, you need to check with the people who have access to delete clips, and/or check with Twitch to see if they have deleted any clips (but I don’t think the VOD limitation also applies to clips).

May i ask where that log is for the clip creations? Maybe I can monitor that as well to try and identify the issue on the twitch side

Hello,
There is no “log” as such, but with the chat history, you can see the clips created by searching for the keyword “clip”:
