Automatic Clip !clip Command is not Working

I can’t figure out why it won’t trigger the Automatic Clip feature by using !clip in my chat. I can’t get it to work nor can any of my mods. Interestingly enough however if I paste a clip from my channel to my twitch chat it will trigger the display of said clip as intended.

In short; the !clip command is not working.

Please advise!
