Auto giveaway is not starting?

I set number of viewers and all the other req, but its still not starting. help?

Hello,

  • Is the system activated (Button at the top right)?
  • Have you defined a list on the auto-giveaway system configuration?
  • Does the list contain “information / keys”?

If all of these questions are positive, can you give me the name of your channel?

As it turns out - I didn’t realise tit needed to be turned ‘on’ in chat. ie !agiveaway on
