I wanted to change the default TTS voice to test my command and select the one i prefer but no matter which one i choose, when i send the command it always uses the default woman voice.

Is the command (TTS) being tested offline?
If so, this is normal. AI voices can only be used during live. Offline, the basic synthetic voice is used 
It is offline but I’m trying to test the synthesis voices, not the AI ones that’s why I found it weird
So, if you are only testing the “basic” voice (i.e., nothing to do with the AI Voices tab or voice tags), it is possible that some languages will not have a male or female voice (depending on the language). Therefore, only one voice will be available.
Is English the language you use, or another language?
I use English. I tried different regions too but no matter what I choose it sounds like the same voice
I did a test (to be sure), and I do get different voices depending on the region and type (male or female).
The voices are robotic, since they are basic synthetic voices, but they are quite different.
I’ll test it again when I can
