The system offers a great variety of AI voices, but I noticed that after a few !tts commands in the chat, the bot starts answering with the default TTS voice and doesnt change the voices anymore, what is the reason?

This is probably due to the presence of the cache.
The cache is there to prevent the quota from being exceeded unnecessarily for the same texts and therefore allow you to enjoy more advanced TTS in the same session
