I can’t seem to get a !tts or !say function to work at all. I want it so that they add !tts then can say what they want to say and it will be read in the synthetic voice. How do I do that?

By using the type “Say a text with voice synthesis” on your command with the value TAG $(message_clear) you should be able to do this
