Overlay screen. When is "Later"?

I purchased a premium account purely so i could use the overlay in my streams, but once i’d purchased it then told me that it doesn’t currently do anything.

I’m just wondering when it will work for things like follows and donations?

It says “they will come later” but when is later? I purchased a months subscription so i could use it, will it be ready by the end of the month?
