So, according to the loggues, the generation itself (of the voice) doesn’t take long (according to your latest TTS).

There is the “Message enhancement” which takes a little delay, especially on Russian texts (generally, this takes a little longer than English, as the characters are not standardized, so there are a few more characters to generate).
=> try disabling this option, to see if it improves latency.

The latency problem seems to lie with the overlay itself.

There are several possible causes:

  • The game overloads OBS or OBS is overloaded by another process or because of the PC, which makes the overlay less responsive to the “orders” it receives.

  • A latency between you and the server sending the “orders” to the overlay, but this would only be counted in seconds, not so many.

We’ve applied some optimizations to the overlay, tell us how it goes, and if possible, try opening the overlay in a browser as a TEST (click on the white page after opening to unlock the browser’s auto-play restriction) and test to see if you still have latency.

If you have latency even in the browser, press F12 to open the console and give me a private message about the content of “Console” and “Networks” (a screen printout for this one).
