List import csv fails, including with sample file

I tried using the import CSV data for creating a custom list, however it fails.

It also failed to import any data from the example file, which looks like this:

Your Information;Your description;Extra
Information 1;Description 1;Extra 1

I tried this formatting with both semicolon (as above and in the example file) as well as comma and it fails to import any data.

Maybe can just add a bulk text editor?

The simple text command addition works ok like that…
