Have done a big misstake, need help unfollower list

This is waht happening, i like to block unfollower users but i have block my list… How can i get or unblock my list, i need this list. but now can not use this… can help me please, to bring it to normal, thx

Hello,
There is no possibility to unblock as indicated on the multitudes of warnings that appear before the block is triggered.
