#$(hashtag_game) Update

Hi,
is it possible to update the hashtag_game.
When I play the game “Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! / Eevee!” the hashtag looks very strange.

Twitter then generates the hashtag “PokemonLetsGo, PikachuslashEevee!”
So maybe it’s possible to ignore “,” and “/”, and skip them?
