Moderator Can't Chat

I am a Moderator of a RPG Streamer
In MultiTwitch Live and Multistream (and other Platforms) i cant use the Chat (Im logged in with Twitch Account)

Always said “Chat is disabled for the channel owner/moderators because the Twitch chat window is covered by another element”

I watched his Stream and another one always with MultiTwitch Live cause its the best for my Connection Speed and it worked all the time.

But Now i cant Chat at the Stream where i been Moderator… only at the another one…

What could be the Problem? I dont understand what Element could cover the Twitch Chat Window.
