I can not get the number of messages for all time

I can not get the number of messages for all time. I see tag name “$(msg_count)”, but its only for online streams. Sometimes people write when the stream is off and bot can’t count this messages. How can i get ALL messages for all time like this? (↓ photo).

Hello,
It’s impossible, the bot records messages sent during a live (or playlist) only.
