When we are adding customs commands to chat the bot responses all include ! at the beginning of the response. Is there a way to fix this?

It is certainly a prefix that is defined in your configuration.
Go here :
panel.wizebot.tv/management_custom_commands
Then in “Advanced configuration” remove the prefix (on the first option) 
In advanced configuration the first section is permissions? no where to change the prefix in there
No, it is on the list of commands (My commands / following my link) you have a section “Advanced configuration”
