I would like to find out where all my settings have gone, a dozen or so lines disappeared by themselves

the man sits, invents, devises, writes to make it cool and everything disappears, and you have to pay for the bot, oh, not nice
The only thing capable of producing this problem is changing the bot’s language.
Login - Wize.Bot (Bot language)
When the language is changed, the texts are not erased, but switched by the texts of the chosen language, and reappear when the language in which they were written is set again.
So, if you’ve written these texts in the bot language “English”, go back to this language to find them (and possibly copy them to paste them in the new language).
