I would like to have 2 bots in my channel, namely so I can have responses from two custom names. Is there a way to add a second bot my channel? I am happy to pay the license etc.

It’s not possible to have two Twitch accounts linked to your bot.
For commands, you can use the possibility of having your account speak in addition to the bot’s account.
