Command !promote not working

When using the !promote command for SongRequest, there is no response.

!promote #
!promote Unique_ID
!promote Song Title
!promote youtube URL

None of those work and doesn’t get a response in chat at all nor the promote, but SongRequest is active, and the other commands work.

The “Promote” feature must be enabled here:

(Virtual Currency > Highlighting authorized)

And you must have the virtual currency active.

And !delsong <ID of title (Optional)> hasn’t worked either for mods, is that the Uniq ID? Mods are trying to delete a song within the queue and not the current one. I appreciate your help.
